Welcome Every Birdie!

I am so excited to start the 2013-2014 school year with a blog for our classroom.  I know most of your 3rd grade teachers had a blog last year too.  Mrs. Lindsey Johnson helped me start mine and I look forward to having all of us post the great things that will happen in our classroom!!

I have been very busy getting ready for the starting of the school year and will be posting pictures of our classroom in the next couple weeks to show you what it will look like.  Last week some of my friends (maybe you will recognize some of them) and I went to Fargo to do some school shopping.  We had a lot of fun and went to Art and Learn (a great teacher store), Hobby Lobby, the mall and many other great stores finding items for our classrooms.

I hope you enjoy the next couple weeks of summer vacation and I look forward to meeting you all at Open House on Wednesday, August 28th from 3:30-5:30.
